The simple, compact, well-join’d scheme

The kids and I spent part of a day wandering around Brooklyn, then walked over the Brooklyn Bridge back into Manhattan in the evening. I love walking over that bridge, and it was even better this time with the kids.

Looks like you had a great time in NYC. I love DUMBO, and the new Bklyn Bridge Park is really great. I hope you guys got to hang out there. And have Jacques Torres chocolate!

Your kids are so grown up now–I haven’t seen pics of them in a while.

    Thanks, Image Goddess.

Ianqui, we did have a great time, though we did not get any Jacques Torres chocolate. We did spend a couple of hours in the Brooklyn Public Library, next to Prospect Park because we went in for the kids to use the bathroom but then they pulled books off the shelves and sat down to read for awhile. :) It’s nice to hear from you!
