…so I guess I don’t have to throw Obama at you via Facebook today?
This actually brought me to tears when I saw it yesterday.
I am a big sap.
Me too, maggiemay.
it is amazing.
When I saw it, I played it for my family.
We live in Canada but it was the first time I had seen anything like this come out of the states in - well - decades.
Hopeful.
I never imagined that I wouldn’t vote for a woman candidate for president when I had the chance.
Imagine if we had had a black lesbian on the ballot. My head would explode.
Of course, in my neck of the woods, we were the only people in line asking for the democrat ballot. I’m sure there were republicans saying, “Imagine, we get a choice between on old white guy and a slightly less old white guy. Who wants to go out and get some vanilla ice cream after we vote?”
Amazing - and definitely tear-inducing. I don’t know how anyone can watch/listen to that and not want Obama to be the next president! Yes we can!
